FACTORY BASED IN GRENOBLE

On the site of this customer, we conducted two projects in one, indeed, we installed on the one hand a solution €coTAR® acting on the heating of the site and on the other hand a solution €coTAR® acting on their groups generators.

After an on-site investigation, EcoGreenEnergy has highlighted the possibility of upgrading the FATAL HEAT currently dissipated by cooling towers used for cooling production tools.

Six months later, the GREEN HEAT produced, via two TFPs, by the €coTAR® Heating solution allows preheating the air of four ACTs and a hot air curtain, thus replacing part of the gas consumed by the site.

Concretely, € coTAR® Heating, through intelligent regulation, allows the erasure of 21% of the GRAY HEAT (Natural gas) dedicated to the heating of the site.

Before the implementation of the € coTAR® solution on the gensets, the site maintained its generating sets with electrical resistances to guarantee a quick start when needed.

EcoGreenEnergy has highlighted that it is possible to upgrade the FATAL HEAT (currently dissipated by cooling towers used to cool air compressors), and to ensure that this temperature is maintained in place of the electrical resistors. through a new loop of GREEN HEAT.

Concretely, after only one month of work, € coTAR® Generating Sets now allows the erasure of 83% of the electricity consumption dedicated to the supply of the resistors of the generators.

FACTORY BASED IN BLANQUEFORT (Gironde)

Before €coTAR®, our client’s site heated its premises with “Roofing PACs” running on electricity and a gas make-up.

After a first on-site study, EcoGreenEnergy has highlighted that it is possible to save electricity and GREAT HEAT from natural gas burners integrated in the PAC and exploit the GREEN HEAT currently dissipated by the towers. cooling to the west of the site (used for cooling production tools), preheating fresh air at the inlet of the heat pumps.

After only 5 months of work, the energy recovery solution on the cooling towers has been successfully implemented.

Concretely, €coTAR® now makes it possible to cover 50% of the heating need for the zones currently heated by the 10 PACs considered, and to significantly reduce the use of gas burners.

Thus, since its installation, the heating of the plant is partially ensured by € coTAR® which intelligently regulates the heating needs of the plant.

FACTORY BASED IN LIMOGES

Before €coTAR®, the site heated its premises with Air Handling Units (AHUs) powered by a heating loop produced by a natural gas boiler.

After a first on-site study, EcoGreenEnergy highlighted that it was possible to save GRAY HEAT and exploit the GREEN HEAT currently dissipated by the two cooling towers of the site (used for cooling production tools), by preheating fresh air intake on the CTAs (2 equipped units).

After only 5 months of work, the energy recovery solution on the cooling towers has been successfully implemented.

Concretely, €coTAR® allows the cancellation of 32% of the gas consumption dedicated to the heating of the site.

Thus, since its installation, the heating of the plant is partially ensured by €coTAR® which intelligently regulates the heating needs of the plant.

FACTORY BASED IN LA ROCHELLE

EcoGreenEnergy has highlighted the possibility of upgrading the FATAL HEAT currently dissipated by the evaporative condensers used to cool the cold groups, thanks to our solution €coFroid®.

GREEN HEAT thus produced, via a desuperheater and a TFP, ensures the production of hot water washing site.

Concretely, thanks to an intelligent regulation, €coFroid® now allows almost total erasure of the GRAY HEAT (natural gas) dedicated to the heating of this hot washing water.

FACTORY BASED IN VARANGÉVILLE (Meurthe-et-Moselle)

On the site of this customer, after a thorough energy study, EcoGreenEnergy has highlighted that it was possible to exploit the FATAL HEAT currently dissipated by TC1 vents.

This FATAL HEAT, initially discharged to the sewer continuously in the form of hot water, is now recovered by the skid of our solution €coTAR® and restored, via a heat exchanger, to a new thermal loop. Constituting a source of GREEN HEAT allowing thus saving of the GRAY HEAT (natural gas) by preheating the arrival of fresh air upstream of the dryer thanks to a battery of exchange.

This energy upgrading solution has been successfully implemented and effectively allows the erasure of 60% of the gas consumption dedicated to the heating of the air of their dryer.
